💡 As a Member, your classes get tons of visibility to the thousands of parents who browse Happity every week. But to keep those bookings coming, it’s important to keep your account fresh and active.

Here are our top 5 quick wins to help you stay visible, grow your audience, and make the most of your Membership.

1) Add upcoming dates

Adding new class dates keeps your listings current and ensures parents can continue to book.

You can’t take bookings without upcoming dates — and adding them also means your classes can appear in our weekly What’s On newsletter.

To add more dates:

  • Go to My Classes > Weekly Timetable, click the three dots (⋮) next to your class, then View.

  • Under Upcoming Classes, click Add more dates to create new terms or extend your running period.

💡 Classes without dates will still appear in search, but they won’t take bookings or be featured in the newsletter — so it’s always worth keeping your schedule up to date.

2) Keep your bookings switched on / Use Featured Listings

Classes that can be booked directly on Happity get 4x more views than those without bookings switched on.

To keep bookings live, make sure you have active dates, spaces, and prices set up.

If you want to boost your visibility even further, or you can't take bookings on Happity, try using Featured Listings.

Featured Listings push your classes to the top of search results when parents are looking for activities just like yours.

You can toggle them on and off for different classes and start from as little as £5 a month.

💡 If you’re not taking bookings on Happity, Featured Listings are a brilliant way to make sure your classes still get plenty of visibility.

3) Check for enquiries

Parents can message you directly from your Happity listing to ask questions about your classes. These enquiries go straight to the email address linked to your account.

Check your inbox regularly so you can respond quickly to any parent queries or booking requests.

💡 Quick replies help you convert interest into bookings and give parents confidence that your classes are well organised and welcoming.

4) Get social media shoutouts

We love promoting Happity Members on our Instagram! Every Monday, Thursday, and Sunday, we re-share providers’ Instagram stories to help you reach new families and drive bookings.

To get featured:

  1. Create an Instagram story that will still be live on Monday, Thursday, or Sunday (stories stay live for 24 hours).

  2. Add your Happity booking link – we can only re-share bookable classes.

  3. Tag us @happityapp.

💡 We do our best to share all qualifying posts, but if your story has been live for more than 18 hours and hasn’t been shared, feel free to send us a quick DM.

Getting regular shoutouts helps parents discover you through Happity’s growing social community and builds extra trust with new families.

5) Nurture your audience

As your Happity bookings grow, so does your community! You can export your data to stay in touch and keep parents coming back.

Go to Customers > Bookings, then click Export CSV.

You’ll get a list of everyone who’s booked with you, along with their opt-in status for marketing emails.

💡 Only contact parents who have opted in to marketing — these are your biggest fans, and they’re happy to hear from you.

Use your exported data to:

  • Send newsletters or class updates

  • Share new term dates and special offers

  • Send thank-you's or follow-up surveys after term ends
