Before you start
A listing on Happity is completely free, and always will be. On the free plan, your Followers will also receive one email per term with your current timetable.

1. Add images, logos and social media to your profile page
Make your Happity page a super confidence builder
The more confidence you can give parents that your class is right for them, the more likely they are to come along. It's worth remembering that new mums and dads had likely never even heard of baby classes before becoming parents, much less attended any!
Alongside a clear description, adding your banner image and social media feed will really help prospective customers to visualise what happens at a class, and feel confident that they know what to expect when they arrive on the day.
Including a logo will also make your listing stand out in Happity’s search results.
Head to Profile > Organisation in your Happity Dashboard to add an image, logo and social media feed to your profile.

2. Boost your class to the top of the search results with Featured Listings
Appear at the top of the search for your exact target customers
Using Featured Listings puts your class at the top of the search results for local parents when they are searching with the correct days/times and age of their little one.
It’s a really powerful way to reach the exact customers who are hunting for classes just like yours, for just 1p per search (much cheaper and more targeted than a Facebook or Google Ad!).
A Featured listing:
Appears at the top of search results under a Featured banner
Is highlighted on the map with a special star
Typically receives 6x more clicks than a standard listing
To set-up Featured Listings:
Head to My Classes > Featured Listings in your Happity Dashboard
Set a maximum monthly budget – anything from £1 upwards
Choose which classes to promote

3. Appear in our What’s On newsletter
Every Sunday, we send out our much loved What's On newsletter to 115k+ parents from all over the UK.
Completely tailored to the recipient's preferences (such as location, age of their little one, and the days they are free), the newsletter includes 5 recommended classes taking place in the week ahead, and generates lots of new bookings and enquiries on the site.
The newsletter prioritises bookable, verified classes listed by Happity Members.
Make sure your classes are eligible to appear in lots of newsletters by ensuring:
Your listings are up to date with the correct dates/days/times
You have verified your listings in the last 12 weeks by using the Verify All button in your Dashboard.
You are a Happity Member with your bookings switched on.

4. Get a shout-out on our Instagram
We’re always looking for ways to broaden your reach to new parents, and show prospective customers how wonderful classes are for babies, toddlers and the people who care for them, too.
With over 20k followers, our Instagram is a great place to re-share the lovely content you create to a broader audience.

5. Other useful features
Enquiries and Followers alerts don’t require any set-up from you, but are useful to know about.
Unlimited Enquiries
As a Happity Member you can receive unlimited enquiries from parents via your class pages.
Whether it’s feeding in the class or parking at the venue, there will always be some parents who need to chat with a ‘real person’ before committing, and getting back to enquiries promptly can really help to drive more bookings.
They will come into the email address which is registered with Happity, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Followers Alerts
Parents can sign up to follow you on your Happity page, which is a great option if they love the sound of your classes, but can’t find a day or time to suit them right now. As a Member, whenever you update your Timetable, all your Followers will receive an alert letting them know your latest days/time and venues.
Our system does the legwork automatically, so you don’t need to take any action to benefit from this feature :-)
