If you have Happity bookings activated, then you can reach a wider audience by getting your social media content shared to the Happity stories. All you need to do is add your promotional materials to your stories on Instagram (e.g. information about an upcoming class, class footage, images and descriptions), tag us @happityapp and add your Happity link.
What Happity will share:
Stories: Our Happity marketing team will re-share story posts with @happityapp tagged and links to Happity bookable classes onto our Instagram story.
Grid and Reels posts: If there is a specific grid post or reel that you would like us to promote, please DM our account to request as much.
Active booking links through Happity: We will only share the stories of Happity members who currently have active bookings in our system. Please remember to link your classes in your story posts.
PLEASE NOTE: while we do what we can to share as many posts as possible, we can’t promise to share everything. We get a lot of notifications on our socials, and things unfortunately can get missed. We can only apologise if this happens!
What days of the week we re-share to our stories:
We re-share class providers to our stories on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
Our social media data shows us that stories gain more reach when we don't post on them every day. By limiting the number of days we re-share your stories, you will have more views on your post and gain an increased chance of people clicking through to your booking link.
How to share a post to your story and tag Happity:
Instagram makes it very easy to share your class details to a wider audience. Here’s a quick guide if you haven’t done it before:
Start by pressing the + in a box at the bottom of the screen:
Then swipe across to where it says ‘story’. Either take your photo or upload a picture you’ve already taken by pressing on the white square in the bottom left corner.
Once you’ve taken your picture, click on the icon in the top right that looks like a smiley face in a peeling square. This will bring you to the Instagram stickers which look like this:
To link to your classes, click on the button that says ‘LINK’ and enter your details accordingly (like so):
Click done and place it where you want.
Then go back to the sticker menu and tap on ‘MENTION’. Look up ‘Happityapp’ and our account should appear like so:
Click done and place it where you want!
Once you’ve done that, you should have something that looks like the below
Tap on ‘Your stories’ to share and you’re done!
