What is the What’s On newsletter, and how can my classes be included?

Every Sunday, we send out our much loved What's On newsletter to over 120k parents from all over the UK. Tailored to the recipient's location and the age of their little one, the newsletter includes 5 recommended classes taking place in the week ahead.

It's a really powerful way to reach more families, and generate lots of enquiries and bookings for your week's classes, without needing to do anything yourself (Sundays are for eating roast dinners, after all!)

How can I make my classes eligible to appear?

The newsletter chooses relevant classes for each mum/dad/caregiver, completely tailored to their preferences (e.g. location, age of their little one, days of the week they are free, etc)

Once it has found the relevant classes, the newsletter selects which 5 to include based on:

  • Classes that have dates listed for this coming week

  • Classes which have been recently verified (within the last 12 weeks)

  • Classes listed by Happity Members

  • Bookable classes

To give your classes the best possible chances of appearing in lots of newsletters:

  1. Keep your listings up to date with the correct dates/days/times

  2. Make sure you are verifying your listings at least every 12 weeks by using the Verify All button in your Dashboard.

That's all you need to do! Our system will take care of the rest, sending highly personalised email marketing to parents in your area every Sunday, while you (hopefully!) take a well deserved break.
