  1. This offer is open to everyone who is registered with Happity as a provider.

  2. Unlimited referrals can be made by any registered provider.

  3. Following a successful referral (the person is eligible to register with Happity and their registration is approved) - a £10 credit will be added to both the Stripe account of the referrer and referee.

  4. Only businesses that are relevant to Happity will be registered and we reserve the right to decline a registration request.

  5. Credit can be used towards Membership payments (initial or renewal) and our Featured Listings service. The amount will automatically be removed from your next invoice.

  6. Credit will expire after 12 months and be removed from your Stripe account.

  7. Credits are not transferable into cash.

  8. To count as a referral, the provider needs to be a completely new registration (not a lapsed user) to Happity and approved as eligible for listings on the platform i.e. a business providing public classes for under 5s with the correct insurance, risk assessment and DBS requirements in place.

  9. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the credit.

  10. We reserve the right to refuse credit or remove it at a later date should any of these terms and conditions be violated.

  11. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on this page.

  12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
