Free VA Service Terms and Conditions
For eligible registrations our Virtual Assistant team will assist with listing your classes on Happity. We aim to complete this within 3 working days from receiving your timetable, but at busy times this may take longer. We do not carry out VA work at the weekends or bank holidays.
You will have a login to update your details directly should you wish to upload your details sooner and this will be sent to you within 24 hours (weekends and bank holidays may take longer).
Please note this will not include full pricing information and the specific event dates, and you will need to add these yourself once the service has been completed.
You will need to have sent us your timetable within 3 days of registering to qualify for this offer. We reserve the right to our discretion in processing timetables that are received after this date.
Whilst we do our best to complete timetables based on the information we receive, you are solely responsible for reviewing your account details and checking accuracy. We do not bear any liability for incorrect listings as per Happity's standard Terms & Conditions.
This service is available to any class provider that has not previously uploaded a class listing to Happity. This includes providers that are already registered or are Happity members.
Happity maintains the right to withdraw this offer at any time, or to change the terms. If these changes affect you, you will be notified.
Once schedules are uploaded it is the class providers responsibility to maintain the listings. Most providers maintain their listings themselves, but if you would like support we can continue to update listings under our VA Service (£18+VAT per hour).
