Terms and Conditions for the Summer Switching Service Offer (Existing Members)

These Terms and Conditions apply to existing Happity Members participating in the “Summer Switching Service” offer. By opting in to this offer, you agree to the following terms, which are in addition to Happity’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
“Happity” means Happity Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10824382), with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT.
“Offer” means the Summer Switching Service promotion described in these Terms and Conditions.
“Provider” means a class provider with an active Happity Membership who is eligible to participate in the Offer.
“Membership” refers to a paid subscription to Happity’s provider services, as outlined at https://support.happity.co.uk/en/articles/2656616-how-do-i-become-a-member-and-what-comes-with-my-subscription.
“Stripe” means the third-party payment processor used by Happity to facilitate bookings.
“Virtual Assistant Service” refers to Happity’s internal team support in uploading and listing a Provider’s class information on their behalf.
2. Claiming the Offer
2.1 To claim the Offer, existing Members must:
a) Submit the form provided by Happity no later than midnight on 30 June 2025. (Form URL: https://happity.ubpages.com/summer-switch-for-members/ )
b) Ensure their Stripe account is connected via their Happity Settings no later than 31 July 2024.
c) Include a link to their Happity booking page from either their business website and/or their Instagram bio.
2.2 Providers who complete the above steps will be eligible to receive the Offer of
Commission-free bookings until 7 September
Free access to the Virtual Assistant service
£5 Featured Listings credit
2.3 The Offer is limited to one use per Provider account and is non-transferable.
3. Commission-Free Period
3.1 Eligible Providers will receive 0% commission on bookings taken through Happity until 7 September 2025
3.2 The commission-free period applies to a maximum of £1,500 in gross sales. After this threshold is reached, the standard commission of 2.5% + VAT will apply.
3.3 Standard Stripe payment processing fees apply during the commission-free period and are not covered by the Offer.
4. Virtual Assistant Service
4.1 Eligible Providers may request support from Happity’s Virtual Assistant Service, which includes up to 1 hour of assistance with uploading class timetables and ticketing.
4.2 One hour typically covers the listing of up to 20 classes.
4.3 To access this service, Providers must:
a) Have an active Stripe connection; and
b) Submit their class information no later than 7 August 2025.
4.4 Any requests made after this deadline may not be fulfilled under the Offer.
5. General
5.1 Happity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
5.2 This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
5.3 Any misuse of the Offer may result in disqualification or account suspension at Happity’s discretion.
5.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
