The Bib Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.

By purchasing a Term Ticket or Block of at least two classes on Happity in September 2023, consumers will be eligible to receive one bib.

Some Customers may also be eligible for a £5 Totsi gift voucher which can be used on minimum order values of £25. This is once per customer in line with all other T&Cs outlined here.

You will receive a URL in your booking confirmation which will link to website where you can get your free bib.

There are a limited number of bibs available and it is one per customer. To claim one customers need to order via the URL.

This is on a first come first served basis and only available whilst stocks last. One per customer, not booking.

There is no postage and packaging, and additional bibs (non Happity branded) can be ordered at the same time - also with no postage & packaging.

The number of available bibs is limited and will be awarded on a “first come, first served” basis. The Giveaway will end when this number has been distributed.

The Giveaway period begins on 08.09.23 and will be open until midnight on 30.09.23. While stocks last.

The product is awarded ‘as is’ with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than for the product manufacturer's standard manufacturers warranty. No substitution or transfer is permitted, the gifts are non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative to the gift.

The Giveaway is not open to anyone associated with Happity or product manufacturers.

If the promotion is refused to an individual - any decision we make is final and binding in all matters and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Happity may need to publish or make available on request information that indicates that a valid award of gifts took place- this shall ordinarily be the recipient's surname and country of residence. You may object to such publication or making available of that information by indicating this upon being contacted regarding the bib giveaway. Please note, in all circumstances Happity may need to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if the giveaway is challenged.

As the promoter of the Giveaway, Happity reserves the right to substitute the gift with another gift of similar value in the event the original gift offered is not available.

Happity reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

By entering the giveaway you consent to our processing of your information for the purposes of the Giveaway.

By deciding to enter into the giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge and agree that Happity shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion.
