Our referral programme allows you to refer local class providers to Happity. For every successful referral you will be rewarded with a £5 Amazon voucher, the T&Cs below provide full details.

If you are a class provider and have a Happity account then please use the Provider Referral Programme instead. Details can be found in the Referrals section of your Happity dashboard.

  • For every referral you make which results in a Successful Registration, we will issue you with a £5 Amazon voucher.

  • Rewards will be in Amazon Vouchers only. No requests for cash or credit will be accepted.

  • To be a Successful Registration the referral must be a New Provider to Happity whose registration is accepted on the platform (see below).

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject registrations to the platform as per our standard due diligence procedure.

  • You will receive your voucher within 60 days of making the successful referral.

  • Your Amazon vouchers will be issued to the email used by you during your referral. We will not accept responsibility for rewards sent to an incorrect email address.

  • A New Provider can only be referred once. The first referral received will be the successful one rewarded.

  • We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the vouchers (your email will be the delivery address for the e-voucher).

  • We reserve the right to withhold and not release rewards to individuals who are found to be abusing these T&Cs and/or remove them from the scheme.

What is a New Provider?

A New Provider is an eligible organisation that is not currently registered with and has never registered with Happity before. This includes those who have already been referred previously, or who have submitted a registration request and are currently being processed. NB - this means that some providers cannot yet be found in a public search but will not qualify as New Providers.

A New Provider:

  • Has not been referred already

  • Is not a current, previous or lapsed user of Happity.

  • Not a current, previous or lapsed user of Happity with a different email address.

Happity reserves the right to determine whether a New Provider is eligible to be accepted onto the platform as per our standard T&Cs. For guidance, the principles we follow include (but are not limited to):

  • Organisations that are currently running classes, groups and / or events*

  • Relevant to those in antenatal / postnatal period, or for parents to attend with 0 to 5 year olds.

  • Publicly available group classes and not 1 to 1 appointments.

  • They must have a valid website or social media profile dedicated to their business.

  • We do not accept registrations from party entertainers, organisers or venues if they do not run group classes / events that are open for booking by the public.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions with or without notice. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
