Terms and Conditions for the Summer Switching Service Offer

These Terms and Conditions apply to Happity’s “Summer Switching Service” offer. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by the following terms, in addition to Happity’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

  • “Happity” means Happity Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10824382), with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT

  • “Offer” means the Summer Switching Service promotion as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

  • “Provider” means a class provider who has a valid Happity account and is eligible to participate in the Offer.

  • “Membership” refers to a paid subscription to Happity’s provider services, as described at https://support.happity.co.uk.

  • “Stripe” means the third-party payment processor used by Happity to facilitate bookings.

  • “Virtual Assistant Service” refers to Happity’s internal team support in uploading and listing a Provider’s class information on their behalf.

2. Claiming the Offer

2.1 To claim the Offer, the Provider must:

a) Upgrade to Happity Membership at https://www.happity.co.uk/providers/membership/new no later than midnight on 30 June 2025 and

b) Connect a valid Stripe account via their Happity Settings no later than 31 July 2025.

2.2 A 10% discount will be applied to the cost of Membership when the code SUMMERSWITCH is entered at checkout.

2.3 The Offer is limited to one use per Provider account and is non-transferable.

3. Commission-Free Period

3.1 Providers who have claimed the Offer and completed the required steps will receive 0% commission on bookings taken through Happity until 7 September 2025.

3.2 This commission-free period applies to a maximum of £1,500 in gross sales. Once this threshold is reached, standard commission of 2.5% + VAT per booking will resume automatically.

3.3 Standard Stripe payment processing fees continue to apply during the commission-free period.

4. Virtual Assistant Service

4.1 The Offer includes access to Happity’s Virtual Assistant Service, which provides Providers with hands-on support in uploading their class timetable and ticket information to the platform.

4.2 The Virtual Assistant Service includes a maximum of 1 hour of support time per Provider, which is typically sufficient to list up to 20 classes.

4.3 To use the Virtual Assistant Service, the Provider must:

a) Have an active Membership and a connected Stripe account; and

b) Submit class details and required information no later than 7 August 2025.

4.4 Any submissions after 7 August 2025 may not be eligible for Virtual Assistant support under the terms of this Offer.

5. General

5.1 Happity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

5.2 This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Any misuse of the Offer may result in disqualification and/or suspension of a Provider’s account at Happity’s sole discretion.

5.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
