If you are short on time (who isn’t?) and would like our team to set up your profile and listings, then our Virtual Assistant service could be what you are looking for.
We offer a virtual assistant service saving you time and getting your profile and listings up on the site quickly.
The service costs £18+VAT per hour, and we would just need a few details from you to get us started. One hour is usually enough to cover a timetable of c. 20 weekly classes, and we will only bill per half hour after that.
You will need to send us:
Your timetable (e.g. by website link, pdf, word doc or whatever is convenient for you) including time, date, age suitability, brief class description and class price(s).
Content to enhance your listing, such as:
A logo
A photo or other banner image
Description for your class (or we can use what’s on your website)
If you’re a Happity Member, please also let us know if you’d like any of your classes to be a Featured Listing.
Once we have all the information we need your listings will be live within 24 hours and you have the option to check your listings before they are published.
You will then receive an invoice for the fees at the end of the month.
