T&Cs for Happity badges

  • Approved badges are supplied within your provider dashboard.

  • Only one claim per provider account for the duration the account is opened.

  • Changes to badge image used will not make you re-eligible for credit.

  • You must have a Happity account to be eligible, credit cannot be applied without one.

  • The badge must be hyperlinked back to your Happity page or the Happity home page.

  • Reward will only be given in the form of Happity credit which will be added to your linked Stripe account.

  • Credit cannot be used against past purchases or given in the form of a refund / cash transfer.

  • Credit must be used within six months of receipt, it will be removed after this time.

  • If we believe someone has obtained credit falsely, in bad faith or in contravention to these T&Cs, then we reserve the right to remove credit or debit your Stripe account for the relevant amount if already spent.

  • We will use the email address you contact us on to credit your Stripe account, if there is not already one connected or you have not advised us otherwise.

  • We will aim to apply your Credit to your account within ten working days of receipt of valid evidence. This may take longer in busy periods / high uptake of offer.

  • Badges need to be positioned clearly on your website and we reserve the right to make a judgement on this.

  • The maximum credit available in this offer is £20. £10 for printed materials, and £10 for website. Credits can only be claimed once, e.g. one set of flyers, posters or banner.

How to claim - Websites

  • Approved badges can be found within your provider dashboard.

  • The Happity badge used must be an approved one from our Help Centre and hyperlinked to your Happity page or the Happity Home page.

  • Evidence should be in the form of links to your website pages where the badge is displayed.

  • Badges should be in a prominent position where they will easily be seen.

  • We will aim to apply your credit to your linked Stripe account within ten days of approval. We will let you know if there are any issues or delays.

How to claim - Printed materials

  • The Happity badge used must be an approved one from our Help Centre and displayed clearly on the printed materials.

  • Evidence should be in the form of a photo of the printed posters or flyers on display in the external location(s) in which they will be used and sent to [email protected]. Badges should be in a prominent position on the materials where they will easily be seen.

  • We will aim to apply your credit to your linked Stripe account within ten days of approval. We will let you know if there are any issues or delays.
