To cancel a class with bookings, the bookings will have to be removed from the register first and then either rescheduled or cancelled.
To reschedule the bookings, go to:
- My classes
- Registers
- Select the ‘Eye’ icon next to the class register
- Select the tick boxes next to the customer’s name and then select ‘Reschedule’
To cancel the bookings, go to:
- My classes
- Registers
- Select the ‘Eye’ icon next to the class register
- Click the customer’s name and then press the cancel button on their booking page.
Once all the bookings from that register have been removed, you will then be able to cancel the event.
To cancel an event date:
From the 'Registers' list, there is a bin icon next to every date that hasn't taken any bookings yet. This will delete the blank register for that date and it will no longer be on sale.
Alternatively, you can cancel a class date by clicking:
- My classes
- Registers
- Select the ‘Eye’ icon next to the class register
- Select ‘Cancel’
