How do I remove customer bookings?

There will be times that you will need to remove or cancel a booking. This can be done quickly and easily from your registers.

Before removing a booking, it is important to ensure that you have refunded this payment first. Please see our support article on refunds here.

Once this is done you can then remove the booking by the following:

· Go to ‘My Classes’

· Go to ‘Registers’

· Find the correct register date and select the eye symbol in the action’s column

This will then open your register for this class. Select the eye symbol next to the customers booking and you will then see a button to cancel the class.
