What are Smart Term Tickets?

If you run your classes in terms, you can specify a start and end date for each new term, creating multiple terms for your classes and securing those advanced bookings!

The next time you add a class to your timetable, you'll first be asked to confirm whether the class runs in terms. Selecting this option will let you specify the term dates, and importantly - it will then allow you to access ‘Smart Term Tickets’.

Customers will now be able to book ahead for a new term using pro-rated term tickets, before the current term has finished, making it easier to add and list new dates. The system will check which term they've selected and then reserve the correct set of classes for them.

To get started go to

  • My classes > Weekly timetable

  • Add new class

  • Select the relevant activity and click on 'next'

  • Select or create your venue and click on 'next'

  • You will then be asked to choose your schedule type and you will need to choose 'Term time only'

Happity's Smart Term Tickets
  • Select your weekday

  • Start and end time

  • Click on ‘New Term’

  • Start date and end date of term (dates are the Monday for the week, so that you can change the weekday later if you need to)

  • Select the individual dates or click ‘select all’.

  • Put in the number of tickets for each class (if you are not using bookings, then just put ‘0’

  • Go through the rest of the set up process and save.

NB. If there is only one date left in the term, then parents will not be able to buy a term ticket and will need to buy a single ticket instead.
