What's included in my Insights?
Please note as this is a newly created feature, the data displayed dates from after 1st October.
Free account insights
Highlights
This page -
Shows you how many times you have appeared in the search results and how many people have viewed your pages.
Gives you an overview of the classes you have live and any actions that you might need to take (for example you might need to verify your classes)
Lets you know how many people have clicked on your website link
Reminds you how many customer enquiries you have received via Happity
Each insight has a blue button which leads you to extra info or the related action.
Tip - Data displayed on this page can be adjusted to view a specific period of time, as seen in the drop down next to 'period'.

New Customers & Followers -
In this section you can see how many new customers you have gained this month and track your new followers. Both lists can be exported, so you can add them to your marketing lists (if they have opted in).
Featured listings -
Follow how many times you have appeared as a Featured class at the top of the search results

Bookings & Sales -
For everyone who uses bookings, this section gives you important information about your sales and revenue.
The data for this section can be adjusted to view a specific period of time, by using the drop down menu.
Tip - Click 'Report' to download this data!
Revenue and bookings can also be viewed by specific classes and venues helping you to see which classes and venues are the most popular!
