We know that many of our providers are also parent users or have multiple accounts with Happity and want to use the same email address for everything Happity related.

To do this you will need to use 'alias' email addresses, which will mean that all your emails come into the same place, but you will have different logins for your different accounts.

Many email providers support the use of "+" aliases in email addresses. This allows you to create unique email addresses by adding a "+" followed by any text of your choice before the "@" symbol. Here is a guide to doing this on the most popular email providers.

  1. Gmail: Gmail is one of the most popular email providers and supports the use of "+ aliases." For example, if your email address is "[email protected]," you can use variations like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]" to create different aliases that all deliver emails to your main inbox.

  2. Outlook.com: Outlook.com (formerly known as Hotmail) also supports the use of "+ aliases." You can create aliases similar to Gmail, such as "[email protected]" or "[email protected]."

  3. Yahoo Mail: Yahoo Mail is another widely used email service that allows the use of "+ aliases." You can create aliases like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]."

  4. ProtonMail: ProtonMail, a secure email provider, also supports the use of "+ aliases." You can create aliases like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]."

  5. FastMail: FastMail is an email provider that offers customisable email addresses, including the use of "+ aliases." You can create aliases like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]."

If you need any support in getting set up, then please email [email protected] and we will be happy to help!
