The organisation section on Happity is where you can include lots of information about your organisation, it is broken up into three sections.

The ‘About’ section

This section includes the following:

- Organisation name

- Organisation description (This is your opportunity to let parents know the benefits of your classes, what to expect, who they will meet and so they feel totally prepared and welcomed.)

- ‘About you’ information (Let parents know who you are, your qualifications and why you are the best person for them to choose for a class!)

- Booking information (Let them know how they book the classes and any other fees, forms, or arrangements etc. that they need to know about.) *Please note you cannot add any links, email address or phone numbers here.

- Class area/region

The ‘Contact’ section

This section is where you can include/update all your organisation contacts details.

If you are a Happity member the Facebook link included on this page is what will be used for the Facebook widget, so it is important to keep this up to date as well. (More information on the Facebook widget here)

Logo and Banner section

This final section is a feature unlocked for Happity members, this is where you will have the option to upload your company Logo and Banner.

Your logos and/or banner are displayed on -

  • Search results

  • Schedules page

  • Company page

  • Provider page

  • Also nearby section

  • Checkout

  • Categories search results

These three sections are very important with keeping your Happity page informative up to date, making sure that customers have the correct information and making it easier for them to make contact with you, the class provider.
