Updating your information on Happity is quick and easy to do, whether that is updating your contact information or your class listing. Keeping the information you display accurate is very important to us!
If you are a registered Happity provider you can update all of the below by logging into your provider dashboard and following the steps provided...
Updating your contact/organisation information:
Go to profile
Click 'Organisation' in the drop down
From here you can edit:
- Your business information and description in the 'About' section.
- You can edit your website, social media and contact information in the 'Contact' section
- (For Happity members)You can also update your logo and banner
Updating your Activity information:
Go to Profile
Click 'Activities' in the drop down
Select the edit symbol next to the activity you'd like to edit OR click 'Add new activity'
Updating your class schedule:
Go to My Classes
Click 'Weekly timetable' in the drop down
From here you can click the 'Edit' symbol in the actions column where you can adjust all your schedule information in the 'What, where, when and other' sections. You can also create new classes from this page by click 'Add new class'
Updating your pricing:
You can update existing tickets by going to:
Got to profile
Click 'Tickets' in the drop down
Next to each ticket is an edit symbol, select this to adjust the current information
You can also add new tickets by going to:
Go to My Classes
Click 'Weekly Timetable' in the drop down
Click the viewing symbol in the actions column
Select 'Manage tickets'
If you have an unclaimed listing and would like this updated you can either:
Click 'Claim this listing' which will prompt you to create an account, this will then give you the flexibility to log in and adjust this whenever you would like.
