Featured listings are randomly selected by the system depending on the location, required age and class type searched for by the parent.

If there are more than three providers using the featuredlistings feature in your area then your listings may not be 'featured' every time; but you will always appear in the search results.

If you cannot see your activity in the feature section - do not panic, this does not mean your featured listings are not working. The reason for this is that sometimes when there are a lot of providers within a particular area, the system will need to alternate who appears.

You will only ever be charged 1p per feature from your budget when you do appear and have been featured to eligible parents.
