The venue I need isn't listed, what should I do?

Can I create new venues for my listings?

If the venue you need is not listed then do not worry as this can be created!

When creating your new class schedule, you will come across four sections, ‘What’, ‘Where’, ‘When’ and ‘Other.

The ‘Where’ section is where you will add your class venue, if you have searched the database and the venue does not already exist you can click ‘Add a new one’

Always double check that your venue is not already in the database before creating a new one as this helps to keep Happity as up to date and accurate for parents as possible!

You will then be taken to a form, it is important to try and search for the address using the top field as this information is taken from google maps and is how the map placement is selected.

If you enter your venue and it looks like we do already have that venue listed, this will pop and you can then select this and carry on with setting up your class.

Once you have created your venue, you can check the location on the map on your profile. To do this, on your dashboard, simply click:
