Adding single tickets on individual dates and events with Happity's advanced settings
Setting single tickets on individual events can be useful for those times when you would like to offer a different rate for certain events or have last minute spaces to fill.
Using the advanced settings within the dashboard it’s easy to choose which events you want to attach the prices to, without having to set up a new event or change current prices.
How to set up ticket prices by event date
First find the class that you would like to add the ticket to and click on the eye/view icon
Then choose ‘Advanced settings’
You will then see a table showing the current tickets and dates they are applied to.
To change the dates that the single tickets are applied to select ‘Any event’ (shown in blue)
Click on ‘Selected events’ and tick the dates that you would like the tickets to be valid on and ‘Save settings’.
The table will now show the dates that your tickets are valid on and parents will only be able to choose this ticket type for those events.
