Offering seasonal, exclusive or promotional discounts on your classes can be a powerful tool in your marketing strategy, and they are super easy to set-up on Happity. Follow the steps to create your first discount code.
Before you start
Discount codes are available on our Membership plan - if you're not a Member you will need to upgrade to get started.

How to set-up a new discount code
Make sure you have your bookings activated, then follow the steps below.
Log-in to your Happity Dashboard, and head to Customers > Discount Codes in the left hand menu.
Click Add Discount Code.
Enter a Redeemable code in the box. You can choose any string of numbers/letters you like, e.g. SUMMER50.
Enter the discount you want to offer with this code as a percentage. E.g. for a half-price class, enter 50. (You don't need the % symbol)
Enter a start date. The end date is optional, if you want the offer to carry on indefinitely, you can leave it blank.
The notes section is optional, and won't be visible to your customers. Leave any notes or comments which will be helpful to you later on, such as a reminder on where you intend to use this code.
Please note there is a minimum charge of 30p per booking to cover transaction costs. In the unlikely event that you discount your class to below the 30p minimum, we will charge this to your customers as a booking fee.
How do my customers use the discount code?
The discount code entry box is on the final screen of the Happity checkout. Once your customers have selected their tickets and entered their child's details, they can click the dropdown arrow and enter your code into the box to claim their discount.
