When setting up your classes on Happity, there are a couple of things you can do to make it clear that you accept on the door payments without needing to pre book.
The first thing you can do is include this in your booking information, you can add a small note to let customers know they can pay on the door.
You can edit your booking information by going to:
Profile
Organisation
Edit the booking information field accordingly to let customers know they can pay on the door, then click save
You can also select our 'Do you accept on-the-door drop-ins?' tick box when setting up your class schedule.
This can be found by going to:
My classes
Weekly timetable
Select the edit button next to the class you would like to add this to
Go to the 'Other' page
Select the tick box provided and click save
