We always welcome and appreciate feedback about classes listed on Happity. If you notice an error or mistake, on the class providers profile there is a link ‘Help fix this listing’
How can I provide feedback for a class I attended?
If you have some positive or constructive feedback about a class you have attended, then it is best to contact the provider directly in the first instance. They will be able to enjoy your praise or use your feedback to improve their offering.
If you have a serious issue with a provider that you think we should know about, then please email us and we will support you in resolving the issue.
How can I provide feedback for the Happity website or app?
We are always looking for ways to improve our website and app so If you would like to share some feedback please do send this over to our Customer Support team who would love to hear from you.

How can I leave a review for a class I attended?
If you would like to offer a review for a class you have attended, then please do this on the Class provider’s social media, website or email them (their contact details will be on your booking confirmation).
