How can I create an account?
Customer accounts for parents are not currently available on Happity and are not required to book a class. However when you book a class on Happity, you can choose to save your information for the future or simply click ‘Guest checkout’.
On each Sunday newsletter there is an option to change your preferences, so that you continue to receive suggestions relevant to you.
Why am I not receiving a password reset?
There are a couple of reasons you may not have received your password reset email.
You may have checked out as a guest previously.
You may have used a different email address for past bookings
Our emails may have bounced back in the past or been marked as spam.
