1. The Prize Draw is a chance for one person to win a Personalised Label Pack.
2. The Prize Draw period begins on 21.09.23 and will be open for entries up to midnight on 29.09.23 (“Qualifying Period”). Late entries will not be accepted.
3. To qualify to enter the Prize Draw you need to submit your entry during the Qualifying Period using the appropriate link. All entrants must be residents of UK.
4. The winners will be drawn at random as soon as reasonably practicable following the end of the Qualifying Period.
5. The winner will be notified by email.
6. We reserve the right to re-draw the prize if the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days.
7. The Prize is awarded ‘as is’ with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than for the product manufacturers standard manufacturers warranty. No substitution or transfer is permitted, the prizes are non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative to the prize.
8. The competition is not open to anyone associated with Happity or product manufacturer.
9. Our decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Happity may need to publish or make available on request information that indicates that a valid award took place- this shall ordinarily be the winning entrants surname and country of residence. You may object to such publication or making available of that information by indicating this upon being contacted regarding your winning entry. Please note, in all circumstances Happity may need to provide such information to the Advertising Standards Authority if the Prize Draw is challenged. Winner(s) may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
11. As the promoter of the Prize Draw, Happity reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available. 12. Happity reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
13. By entering the draw you consent to our processing of your information for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
14. By deciding to enter into the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge and agree that Happity shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion.
