Description
Having a great description is the first step to making your Happity page more appealing to parents, it may be useful to look at your Happity profile as a sales page and to make it as informative and as welcoming as possible.
Here are a few things to include within the description:
- Exactly what the customer can expect from your class.
- The benefits of your class
- A small introduction for yourself
Keep descriptions informative but concise - around 300 words is a good length. Make sure to add key words relating to your class - think about what users might search for to find you! Avoid too repetition and check for spelling/ typos/ grammar errors.

Venue/Extra information
On your Happity dashboard, there will be a section that will allow you to include any optional additional information about the class teacher, location information or any useful venue information.
This can be a really great way of relieving the customer of any stress such as knowing about parking information or buggy access. This section can be found on the ‘Other’ page when creating your class schedule on your weekly timetable.
Activity tags.
For parents who are looking for a particular type of activity, these are clever pages that display all the classes in the category - personalised for the user showing their closest classes first. Please see below our support article on how this works and how to include these on to your activities.
