Commission free period for first time members

  1. No Happity commission will be charged on bookings within the first 3 months of membership, up to a maximum of £500 worth of sales (Commission Free Period).

    1. £500 represents the cumulative value of sales made across all three months together.

    2. Any bookings which are later cancelled or refunded will still count towards this total, and no credit will be given.

    3. The Commission Free Period begins from Membership Activation

  2. This offer is available to first time members only and can only be applied once. If you have previously had a Happity Membership, you will not qualify for a new Commission Free Period.

  3. All card payments are processed via Stripe. Applicable Stripe fees will be paid directly to Stripe at the point of sale.

  4. After the Commission Free Period, or if more than £500 worth of sales have been made within the Commission Free Period, the standard commission rate of 2.5%+VAT will apply.

Three month free membership trial offer

  1. This offer is open to any Happity provider who has not previously had a free trial, and was not an active Happity Membership subscriber on 17th August 2023. Members who cancel their subscription after 17th August 2023 will not be eligible.

  2. This offer cannot be converted into cash or Happity credit.

  3. The offer is available for a limited period only, and your personal offer end date will be displayed clearly in your dashboard. Trials must be started before this date to be valid.

  4. Upon starting the trial, the three month trial period will follow with no payment being due until the day the trial ends.

  5. Your membership will be set to auto-renew by default, and you will receive an invoice for £45 including VAT unless you contact us to cancel your membership before your renewal date. If you do not wish to continue your membership, email us as soon as possible.

  6. In order to continue accessing the benefits of a Happity Membership after your Trial End date, you will need to add payment card details.

  7. Following the end of the 3 month trial, our usual 30 day free cancellation period on new subscriptions does not apply. We reserve the right to only refund memberships at our discretion.

  8. Your commission free period will start from the date that you upgrade your membership and not the date that you activate bookings on your account.

  9. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission. At the end of your three month trial, should you choose to upgrade, then your payment will be processed through Stripe.

  10. We reserve the right to refuse this offer or remove it should these terms and conditions be violated.

  11. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on this page

  12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
