Accessing The Price Wizard

The price wizard allows you to create new tickets or re-use ones you've already created before.

When setting up a new class, you will be automatically directed to the Price Wizard upon saving.

To make changes to an existing class, view the class profile page (by choosing it under 'My Classes'- 'Weekly Timetable').

Open the price wizard by clicking the 'View' button.

Once created, your existing tickets will appear in the Price Wizard list and can be re-used for other classes too.

Ticket Types on Happity

We currently have three different ticket types:

  • Single Session - Great for an event or PAYG.

  • Block - books a certain amount of consecutive sessions, including the date selected- Great for courses.

  • Term - books into all the available dates in the term. This price is calculated pro-rata during the term, and is de-activated if some of the dates are full. Find out more about setting up Smart term tickets here

Each of these tickets can be set up as being either for a 'First Child' a 'Sibling', or an 'Adult' price.

When a customer purchases an Adult ticket, it asks only for their details and doesn't take any info on their child. Sibling tickets are also labelled automatically on your check out pages.

You can also designate the price as being a 'Trial offer' only. This will ensure your class is displayed in the Happity Search filter for 'Trial offers' and has a 'Trial' label in search results.

Tickets that cost less than £2 per class will also appear in search results for classes 'Under £2'.

Term and block tickets will also automatically add extra information on the dates being booked.

Re-using Existing Tickets

Wherever possible, you should re-use existing tickets by ticking the relevant check boxes on the left hand side, rather than creating new tickets.

This way, if you need to edit the price or the description for a ticket, it will apply on all of the classes you've used it on.

You can find a list of all your tickets and which classes they are applied to under Profile > Tickets.

Note: If you have previously created a pro-rated term ticket, the price list will calculate the price for your term according to the the number of dates you've set up for the class. (The price will show as £0 if there aren't any dates, but will change automatically as sessions are added.)
